What a white-label partner actually does for your agency
A white-label partner produces work that your agency sells, presents and owns under its own name, so you can take on more clients without hiring ahead of revenue. Above The Fold is a growth marketing, creative and web agency headquartered in Mumbai with a second office in Jaipur, founded in 2021, with a team of 30+. We already run white-label work for agency partners in the UK, the Netherlands and Turkey, alongside agencies in India. We never name them, and we would never name you.
The partnerships that work share three things: a clear scope, a single named lead on our side, and a rule that your client relationship is yours alone. Everything on this page is built around those.
What we deliver white-label
We deliver execution across seven service lines, either as individual deliverables or as a standing team. All production happens in-house in India.
| Service line | What we typically produce for partners |
|---|---|
| Social content and community management | Monthly calendars, static posts, carousels, captions, scheduling, comment and DM moderation to your response guidelines |
| Reels and video editing | Short-form edits from your client’s footage, UGC-style cuts, subtitles, motion graphics, ad variations in multiple aspect ratios |
| AI product photography and video | Studio-style packshots, lifestyle scenes and short product videos generated from real product photos. See our AI product library |
| Design | Ad creative, brand collateral, decks, packaging adaptations, presentation templates |
| SEO and content writing | Technical audits, keyword research, on-page fixes, blog articles, category and product copy, GEO work for AI answer engines |
| Paid media management | Meta and Google campaign builds, daily optimisation, creative testing, reporting in your template |
| WordPress and Shopify builds | Theme customisation, custom builds, landing pages, migrations, speed and conversion fixes |
If a client brief needs a capability that sits outside these lines, we will say so rather than stretch.
How a white-label partnership works
A partnership starts with an NDA, runs in your tools under your brand or no brand at all, and is managed by one named lead who answers to you. The mechanics:
- NDA first. We sign your NDA, or ours, before you share any client names or briefs.
- Your brand or unbranded. Files, decks and reports go out in your template or with no branding at all. Nothing carries our name, logo or file metadata.
- Your tools. We work in your Slack or Microsoft Teams, your project board, your Google Drive or Dropbox, and your clients’ ad accounts with the access you grant.
- A named lead. One person on our side owns your account, sits in your channel and is the single point of escalation.
- Agreed turnaround times. Typical ranges are set out below and confirmed per partner before work starts.
| Deliverable | Typical turnaround |
|---|---|
| Static post or ad creative | 24 to 48 hours |
| Carousel or multi-frame set | 2 to 3 working days |
| Reel or short video edit | 2 to 4 working days |
| Revisions on any creative | Within 24 hours |
| SEO article (1,200 to 1,800 words) | 3 to 5 working days |
| AI product image batch | 3 to 7 working days |
| Landing page | 1 to 2 weeks |
| WordPress or Shopify website | 4 to 10 weeks, depending on scope |
Time zones matter here. For UK and European partners, our afternoon overlaps your morning. For North American partners, briefs sent at the end of your day come back the next morning. For Gulf and Indian partners, we share most of the working day.
How we control quality
Quality control runs in two layers: a senior review inside our team before anything reaches you, and your approval before anything reaches your client. Nothing goes to your client from us.
- Brief check. Unclear or contradictory briefs are queried before work starts, not after a wasted round.
- Senior review. A lead reviews every deliverable against the brief, brand guidelines and platform specifications.
- Checklists by format. Spelling conventions (UK, US or Indian English), safe zones, file naming, aspect ratios and tracking parameters are checked against a written list.
- Paid media guardrails. Budget changes above an agreed threshold need your sign-off, and every change is logged.
- Monthly partner review. Revision rates, turnaround and any misses are reviewed with you, and we fix the process, not just the file.
Confidentiality and client ownership
Your clients are your clients: we never contact them, never pitch them and never use their work in our portfolio without your written permission. These terms go into the agreement, not just this page.
- No client contact. We do not email, call or message your clients. If you want us on a client call, we join as part of your team, introduced however you choose.
- No poaching. We honour non-solicit clauses in both directions: we do not approach your clients or your staff during the partnership or for the agreed period after it.
- Referrals go back to you. If one of your clients ever approaches us directly, we decline and tell you.
- No portfolio use of white-label work unless you approve it in writing.
- Data handling. Access to client accounts is role-based and removed when a project ends. Where your clients are in the UK or EU, we sign a data processing agreement covering their personal data.
How partnerships are structured
Partners work with us in one of three ways. We do not publish a rate card, because volumes and formats differ too much between agencies; every partner gets a written proposal after the introductory call, quoted in USD, GBP, EUR or AED.
Per deliverable
Posts, carousels, reel edits, AI product images, SEO articles and landing pages, ordered as you need them. This suits overflow and irregular demand.
Monthly pod or retainer
A standing team, such as a lead, a designer and an editor shared across your clients, or a retainer per client brand. Pods suit steady volume, because the same people learn your clients and standards. Paid media management is billed as a defined base retainer, and as a client’s ad spend scales the fee moves to a percentage of ad spend. Ad spend itself is always paid directly to the platforms.
By project
Websites, custom builds with integrations and AI product photography libraries, scoped by pages, integrations or SKU count. Projects suit work with a clear end point.
Paid pilot first
Most partnerships begin with a paid pilot on a real brief, so both sides can judge quality, speed and fit before committing.
How onboarding works
Onboarding takes about one to two weeks from first call to first delivery, in six steps:
- Introductory call. You tell us your services, client mix, volumes and where capacity is tight.
- NDA. Signed before you share client names, briefs or account access.
- Scope and proposal. We propose a model (per deliverable, pod or project), turnaround times and a review cadence in writing.
- Paid pilot. Most partnerships start with a paid pilot on a real brief, so both sides can judge quality, speed and fit before committing.
- Set-up. We join your Slack or Teams, get access to your tools, and take in brand guidelines, templates and approval rules for each client.
- Ongoing delivery. Work runs through your named lead, with a monthly partner review on quality, turnaround and volume.
Is white-label right for your agency?
White-label works best when you own strategy and the client relationship and want reliable execution behind you. It works less well if you want a partner to set strategy for your clients without your involvement, or if your clients need in-person production every week in their city. If you are a brand rather than an agency, our international clients page covers direct engagements, and our social media, SEO and performance marketing pages describe each service in detail.
Will our clients ever know you are involved?
Not from us. Deliverables go out in your branding or unbranded, with no Above The Fold names, logos or file metadata. We work in your tools and never contact your clients. If you choose to bring us onto a client call, we join as part of your team on the terms you set.
Which countries do you work with agencies in?
We work with agency partners in the UK, the Netherlands and Turkey, and with agencies across India, and we are set up for partners in the wider EU, the Middle East, the US and Canada. We invoice in USD, GBP, EUR or AED by international wire transfer from our Indian company.
How do you protect our client relationships?
Contractually and in practice. We sign your NDA, honour non-solicit clauses for your clients and staff, never pitch or contact your clients, and refer back to you any client who approaches us directly. White-label work never appears in our portfolio without your written permission.
What turnaround can we promise our clients?
Typical ranges are 24 to 48 hours for static creative, two to four working days for reel edits, three to five days for SEO articles and four to ten weeks for websites. We confirm turnaround per partner before work starts, so you can build it into your own client commitments with confidence.
Can you work inside our tools and processes?
Yes, and we prefer to. We join your Slack or Microsoft Teams, use your project board and file storage, follow your templates and approval steps, and work in your clients’ ad accounts with the access you grant. One named lead on our side keeps your channel organised.
How do we start?
Book an introductory call, sign an NDA and agree a scope. Most partnerships start with a paid pilot on a real brief, which lets both sides judge quality, speed and communication before committing to a pod or retainer. Onboarding typically takes one to two weeks.
If you want reliable execution behind your agency’s name, get in touch through our contact page or message us on WhatsApp at +91 95872 56938, and we will set up an introductory call. You can also see our work or read how we approach D2C consumer brands.
