As the heading suggests this type of intent is used by users looking for more information or to gain greater knowledge about things. The information could be about the weather, International time, schools or college nearby, or just anything. The result pages show not only informational results the user is looking for but they are more extended for related information.
Navigational Intent
In this case, people are looking for a specific website. The site could be a social media, google analytical site, or a specific other topic. You have to make sure your brand’s site is on the SERPs when people are looking for it.
Transactional Intent
User search with transactional intent in this case. For example, they may be interested in an online purchase. They type transactional terms when they wish to buy something at a given moment.
Commercial
People look for products that they wish to buy in the near future. Hence this is more of a commercial investigation intent and is futuristic. The query is more in the shape of a question. Which car is the best? Where to look for home furnishings etc.
Searcher’s Intent
The keywords people use gives us an idea of the type of intent. Thus, your landing page should be fit for the type of intent it is built for whether it is for selling something, providing information, or adding to people’s knowledge. Your title description, meta, H1 tag, and body content should be finely tuned into the type intent is based on. The product page should be optimized by commercially driven keywords. These are internal pages and hence apt information should be there on the home page.
