Time to First Byte

The short form is TTFB this metric records the first time data reaches the visitor on Browser searching. In simple terms, this is the time taken for information to reach the client from the server. If the time is long bounce is evident. Thus, TTFB is dependent upon the time taken by the server to reach the client or front end, and the time the front end takes to present it to the visitor. Thus TTFB measures the network latency and server processing. This is a good way to access the client-server performance. The time should be lower than 200 milliseconds.

Round Trip Time

Round Trip Time (RTT) works on the same basis sending and receiving from the client to the server. Network latency causes round-trip delay and increases RTT.
