Anyway, almost all businesses and professionals have a Google account. The GMB listing has to be verified along with the address and phone number. A postcard is usually sent to your address along with a code that you have to add to the listing upon receipt.  This will confirm your local listing and accurate marking on Google Maps which is clearly visible when people search on the map.    

Thus, whenever you search after the verification using local search terms you will find your listing. While searching you have to use the term that relates to your business or profession. Example: “Doctor in Mumbai or CA in Jabalpur.’

Most of the reliable business occurs locally and hence local listing is very important. On the website, you should mention your business or office address. You should add your listing to local directories and mentions in all local listings this will help tremendously.
